Donated Screening Kits for Shelters and Rescues
When an animal moves from intake to a volunteer, a foster, an adopter, and finally their veterinarian, what your team learned along the way tends not to move with it.
We donate the kits, train your team, and give you one record that does.
No purchase or publicity is required. We won’t follow up with a sales pitch.

A Record Should Travel With the Animal
Many animals arrive with little or no history. What happens next may be split between kennel cards, shift notes, messages, and memory. Then care changes hands. A foster needs context. An adopter calls two weeks later with a question. A veterinarian needs to know what was observed and what has already been done. VitapawTech gives your team one saved record: what was observed, what was screened, and what still needs veterinary follow-up.

What Arrives, and What It Does

Donated screening kits
Donated stock is matched to the animals you support and how your team expects to use it. Typical first allocation: one full box of 10 tests. 2–30°C indoor storage · No refrigeration · Single use.

Short Partner Training
One primary contact completes a short onboarding. A backup contact can train too, so staff changes do not interrupt the workflow.

Clear Adopter Data Control
We do not ask for adopter lists or contact details, and partners must not send them. Adopters register directly and make their own consent choices. Viewing a shared record does not require a purchase or subscription.
How Donation Support Works
One application, one trained contact, and complete-box delivery.

01 — Apply
Tell us about your organization, the animals in your care, and how the donated tests would be used.

02 — Review and Train
We confirm eligibility, agree the allocation in writing, and train your primary contact before shipping.

03 — Receive and Record
We ship a complete box. Your team follows the app-guided workflow and saves each result with the animal’s record.

Before you accept
Any duties or local handling costs are disclosed in writing.

When stock arrives
Do not use damaged stock or stock that may have been exposed to heat or freezing. Contact us for replacement.
About 7 working days to apply · Reply within 3 business days · No purchase required
Responsible Use and Transparency
Clear limits for use, confirmed figures for impact, and no endorsement required.

What a Screening Result Cannot Decide
VitapawTech screening kits support observation and record-keeping. A screening result is not a diagnosis.
A result must not be used to:
+ Move an animal into general or + group housing
+ End isolation or quarantine
+ Certify an animal as disease-free or medically cleared for adoption
A negative result does not rule out infection, and every result reflects one point in time. Recent vaccination can affect how some results are interpreted.
For severe, urgent, or worsening, contact a veterinarian.

What We Publish
A donation is added to our published totals only after the receiving organization confirms delivery.
We publish confirmed allocations and shipments. Partner names and stories appear only with written permission. We do not publish estimated animal counts, unverified health outcomes, or empty impact counters.

Why We Run This Program
We benefit too. Shelters and rescues use these workflows under real operational pressure. Their feedback shows us where instructions, training, and saved records need to be clearer.
No endorsement, logo, story, or adopter data is required.
Is Donation Support a Fit?
A good fit is less about organization size and more about safe use, traceable stock, and a clear veterinary escalation path.
A Good Fit If
+ You take in animals with unknown or incomplete health histories
+ One primary contact can complete training and maintain records
+You have a veterinarian or veterinary practice to contact when concerns arise
+ You can store stock indoors between 2°C and 30°C
+ You can track lot numbers and where donated stock is held
+ You expect to use a complete box within its remaining shelf life
Not the Right Fit If
+You need results to clear housing, end isolation, or certify an animal for adoption
+ No one can take responsibility for training, records, and lot tracking
+ Donated stock would be resold or redistributed
+ The relevant product cannot legally be shipped to your location
Frequently Asked Questions
Who Can Apply?
Registered shelters, rescue organizations, and municipal animal facilities may apply. Availability depends on legal shipping routes, program capacity, and whether the stock can be used and tracked safely.
Can a Foster-Based Rescue Apply?
Yes. The kits require no refrigeration and can be stored indoors at 2–30°C in a foster home. We will ask how lot numbers and stock locations are tracked, how records move between homes, and how health concerns reach a veterinarian.
How Much Stock Will We Receive?
Allocation depends on your expected use, available program capacity, and the remaining shelf life of the donated stock. Approved first allocations typically begin with one complete box of 10 single-use tests.
What Does Training Include?
Training covers the app-guided workflow, result records, storage, lot tracking, receipt checks, known limitations, and when veterinary follow-up is needed. One primary contact completes the training. A backup contact may also participate.
Do We Have to Pay Anything?
The products are donated. No purchase or endorsement is required. If duties, taxes, or local handling charges may apply, we disclose them before shipment. Your organization may decline the donation.
